Our team is experienced in federal, state, local government, and community organizational management of behavioral and community health service systems. This experience extends to addressing the ongoing opioid overdose epidemic, integration of physical and behavioral health services, and health policy for population-level health management. This experience equips us with the insights necessary to inform, facilitate, and support the various strategies necessary to design behavioral and community health service delivery systems and abate ongoing harms associated with opioid drug use and care quality.
Check out our final report which details how we partnered with the Florida Department of Health in Manatee County to replace a manual permitting process for Environmental Public Health with a structured digital intake system, centralized data management, automated workflow support, and developed a role-based management dashboard to monitor performance. Now, applicants can submit requests and receive updates without the manual paperwork.
